Dear Freshtripe community,
As you know the UK has now left the EU. Bringing frustration to many. This now means, as we export goods overseas that customs papers are needed to move through the system.
This will not effect you. However as everybody is having to adjust to the new rules there might be delays in shipping. We are working at normal capacity but some couriers may not be.
Please be aware that when receiving a package from the UK you might have to 'clear' it with the chosen courier company and now unfortunately have to pay customs.
Amidst the COVID-19 situation, the team here hope you’re all keeping safe and staying positive.
Just to update you, we at Freshtripe are still taking orders online as our courier partners are still delivering. Understandably, there may be slight delays and possible price increases with UK and international orders. We are taking precautions to ensure the health and wellbeing of the team, and customers alike.
We aim to keep you updated with any orders made and provide you with tracking information where possible. And we are also on hand to take any queries through our contact form should you have any questions. This is often better than the phone, as we are not always in.
