Shipping

The website shows in stock items, pre-order items and sold out items. In stock items are available for dispatch within 24 hours during weekdays, pre-order items are fulfilled within 7 working days, though usually quicker, and sold out items are not available to order. If you order a mixture of in stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. Shipping for all orders is calculated at the checkout.

UK orders are packed the same day and often shipped the next day using Royal Mail 2nd class signed, which can take 2-3 working days including Saturday delivery. This is for smaller items that fit though letter boxes and that the postie can carry with ease.

Then Parcel Force 48 hours for bigger items such as mudguards and handlebars. Sorry no weekend shipping.

Happy to ship quicker but this will cost more. If needed, please get in touch.

Any shipping charge not used will be refunded.

Some overseas destinations might incur extra shipping costs, in this case we will contact you. Unfortunately Australia and New Zealand are expensive places to ship to. And the quote given will unfortunately be higher.

Now that the UK has left the European Union overseas orders may be liable to pay import taxes and duties.

Please expect delays and possible price increases from couriers, as they are dealing with more packages and new systems.

We deliver to all EU countries and the majority of countries Worldwide. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full, if we have difficulty in despatching to particular worldwide addresses. If there is a problem we will contact you.

Unfortunately for Asia, Africa, Oceania, South America and North America shipping could be more than quoted at checkout. You will receive an email with new shipping quote. This is the case with bigger items, such as mudguards, frames, forks, rims, etc.

Please be aware that if we are shipping outside of the EEA you may be liable to pay import taxes and duties. These are set and regulated by the destination country and we have no control over these charges. If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to such taxes please check with your local import office.

We use UPS or Fedex for most overseas orders, please get in touch if a different courier is preferred.

Please allow a few extra days (usually 2-4) for international shipping.

Freshtripe is not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country's national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country's national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by Freshtripe in any way.

If an international order is not delivered or refused by receiving customer and a return on the order is needed, said customer is liable for return costs.

Please check spam for emails with tracking numbers.

We try and re-use as much packaging as possible. There is already too much waste in the world!

 

Returns 

You may return most new, unopened, unused and which have not been fitted items within 28 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
