These little fellas are machined by Paul Components in sunny Chico California.
Of course their main purpose is to adjust the preload of your threadless headset and help hold your stem on, but they thought it would be cool to emulate the look of the Klamper pad adjusters and really complete the aesthetic on a bike when running Klampers.
These are machined to tolerances waaay higher than necessary for a stem top cap, but that’s how PAUL roll.
