This QR type hub is ideally suited for 26” to 700C wheels at 6V 3W output. What makes the SP PV-8 unique is it's inspiring concept called polar series alignment dynamo. It incorporates physical limits, premium craft, cutting edge tech and the passion of the Shutter Precision team.

The exterior shape is minimalist, but the construction engineering behind it is not, making this model perfect for rim brakes.

SP dynamo hubs are not only the lightest, but also the most efficient at converting cyclists' efforts into electrical energy. The lightest model we have weighs in at an unprecedented 390g while attaining an unmatched efficiency of 72%. These dynamo hubs are premium products designed and engineered for the most demanding cycle tourists, commuters and enthusiasts!

An advanced dynamo device with more efficient and effective output, is built inside the hub. The output from this dynamo hub is much more stable and offers sufficient power to the lights.

All SP non-disc brake front hubs are approved for radial lacing if required.
