From an idea to reality, an awesome 12 speed bar-end shifter is here! Code-Name: 'UNO' is the brain baby of Russ from Path Less Pedaled and a collaboration effort from Soma Fabrications X Dia-Compe - 3 is the magic number :)
This friction shifter pulls 50mm of cable, allowing it to pull 12 speed mechs making it a great choice for 1x set ups with wide-range cassettes. Road and MTB derailleurs work with this shifter in 6/7/8/9/10/11 and 12 speeds.
Not only that, the UNO will shift any derailleur! Sram, Campagnolo, Shimano, MicroShift, Sensah, Miche, INGRID, Paul (if ya badass enough to have one still) Sachs, Mavic, Falcon, Simpex, Suntour, Huret, to name a few - All are welcome.
The micro ratchet design makes the upshift and downshift effort feel almost the same, loverly clean, crisp shifting awaits.......
We would recommend a drop of Loctite on the thread of the ringed shifter bolt.
