The eternal classic M-1 front rack from the house of Nitto was originally designed and made for Rivendell and their epic Rambouillet frame.
Unlike its counterpart the M18, this bad boy can be used for both front and rear. The stays can be moved, cut and doubled up to fit a massive range of forks and frames alike.
Also a bigger tombstone aka backstop to help support bags.
The Nitto M1 carrier is a go to for most retro fit rando bikes and modern bike packing or touring rigs. Their adjustability and multi fit make them great for pretty much any bike with a drilled crown. The rack legs fit onto the forks using either rando rack mounts or P-clips depending on your frame, these come with the rack in 2 sizes.
It could be used as a base for attaching WALD baskets. However NITTO recommend as a bag support only.
